How can a Fertility Coach help me?
At Optima Fertility, we take a whole-body approach to your health and well-being and combine specilaist fertility coaching with a deep understanding of reproductive health and how to support this holistically.
We explore both your emotional and physical well-being and develop a personalised plan to help optimise your chances of conceiving. Through a functional‑medicine lens, we look at the foundations that shape fertility, from lifestyle stressors, nutrition, hydration, and environmental load to hormone balance, microbiome health, and toxin exposure.
We then translate these insights into a personalised plan that supports your overall health and well-being, and our fertility‑coaching approach ensures you have the guidance and support needed to put these changes into practice with confidence and clarity.

How would a Fertility Coach have helped me…..
Although I had a supportive partner I never really felt that understood by anyone. As a healthcare professional, I felt that I should of had the resilience to just get on with it but I now know that it’s okay not to be okay, and seeking help or acknowledging vulnerabilities is a true sign of strength.
When I look back, I realise I went into IVF believing it would fix everything, without fully considering the lifestyle and wellbeing factors that might have been influencing my ability to conceive and stay pregnant.
I didn’t give myself the time or space to look after my emotional or physical health while TTC, and I can now see how much that mattered.
Having someone beside me who had walked this path and truly understood what I was going through would have made such a difference, someone who could help me pause, reflect, and feel supported rather than trying to carry it all alone.
I had been trying for such a long time that I became exhausted both physically and mentally, and I didn’t fully realise it at the time. I kept telling myself to just get on with things and not talk about it, believing that staying busy would somehow make it easier. In reality, I was carrying far more than I acknowledged, and I didn’t give myself the space or support I truly needed.
